1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and bt888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bt888 website, mobile site, and all services offered therein. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using bt888 in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using bt888 and close your account if one has been opened. bt888 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account with bt888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bt888 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request government-issued identification — National ID, passport, or driving licence — to verify age before processing your first withdrawal.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account — used to fund your bt888 account. Third-party payment is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not hold more than one account on bt888. Duplicate accounts opened to circumvent a restriction will result in all balances being forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bt888 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processing partners.

bt888 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not satisfy the eligibility criteria. Where an account is closed due to an eligibility failure, any bonus balance will be forfeited; verified real-money deposits may be returned at bt888's discretion following a compliance review.

3.Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of bt888 services — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and making withdrawals — you must register a verified account. The registration process requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a valid email address, and a password of sufficient complexity. You must also confirm that you meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

• bt888 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before authorising a player's first withdrawal. You will be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of a government-issued photo ID — National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of address if requested. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being held until verification is complete.
• Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bt888 account. If bt888 detects that you hold or have held multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances — including winnings — may be voided pending a compliance review.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bt888 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your password or OTP codes secure. Notify bt888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bt888 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account, account balance, or any benefit attached to your account to any third party.

bt888 may carry out enhanced due diligence checks for accounts showing unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns. Players are required to co-operate fully with any such checks. Failure to co-operate may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

bt888 processes deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. Accepted payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. bt888 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method that cannot be traced to a verified individual.

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bt888 wallet in real time under normal network conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two banking hours depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification; requests submitted before KYC approval will be queued until verification is complete.
• All withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This same-source withdrawal policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with responsible transaction monitoring practices.
• bt888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider — bKash, Nagad, or your bank — may apply their own transaction fees, for which bt888 accepts no responsibility.
• bt888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where a compliance review has been initiated. bt888 will notify the player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution in such cases.

bt888 does not operate a credit facility. You may only wager funds present in your account balance at the time of placing a bet. Attempting to place a bet in excess of your available balance will be declined automatically by the platform.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

bt888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term will take precedence. The following general principles apply to all bt888 bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated on the offer page.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on a duplicate account will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for breach of Terms.

• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories. Using bonus funds on restricted game categories will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.
• bt888 does not permit the use of bonus funds in conjunction with sports betting arbitrage, system bets designed to reduce risk to near-zero, or any betting pattern that bt888 reasonably determines to be bonus abuse. bt888 may void bonuses and any associated winnings where such activity is identified.

Promotions communicated via email, SMS, or in-platform notifications are offered at bt888's sole discretion and may be targeted to specific player segments. Receiving a promotional communication does not guarantee eligibility to claim the offer; eligibility conditions stated in the offer terms apply in all cases.

6.Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on bt888 are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules defined by the game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your bt888 account and the result recorded on the provider's server, the provider's server record will be treated as the definitive result.

• In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity failure that results in a bet being placed incorrectly or a game round being interrupted, bt888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's balance. bt888 is not liable for losses incurred due to technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• bt888 operates a zero-tolerance policy on cheating, collusion, and the use of automated betting software (bots). Any player found to be using software or methods designed to provide an unfair advantage will have their account closed immediately and all balances voided.
• Sports betting markets on bt888 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — ICC for cricket, FIFA for football. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the governing body, bt888 will follow the settlement rules published in the specific sport's betting guide on the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types on bt888. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market view before a bet is placed. bt888 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including applying individual account-level limits where a player's betting pattern warrants such action.

7.Responsible Gaming

bt888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period. Limits may be decreased at any time with immediate effect.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bt888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using bt888 to launder money, layer illicit funds, or conduct any financial transaction that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of a game, sharing hand information in live poker-style games, or engaging in any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, payment processing errors, or platform vulnerabilities to generate credits, free bets, or winnings that would not otherwise be legitimately earned. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided regardless of whether the error was reported.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain any analytical advantage over other players or the platform in a manner not permitted by the game provider.
• Opening or operating a bt888 account on behalf of another person, including acting as an agent for a third party to place bets or receive winnings. All accounts must be operated personally by the verified account holder.

bt888 reserves the right to share information with law enforcement authorities, financial intelligence units, and regulatory bodies where there is reasonable suspicion of criminal activity. Players found to be in violation of Section 8 will not be entitled to any refund of deposited funds.

9.Account Suspension and Termination

bt888 may suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where bt888 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, multiple account holding, underage gambling, fraud, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Where bt888 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, a regulatory directive, or a request from a law enforcement authority. In such circumstances, bt888 may be prohibited from disclosing the reason for the account closure to the player.
• Where a player requests account closure voluntarily. Players wishing to close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of active bonus funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the bt888 platform — including software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of bt888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bt888 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from bt888 without the prior written consent of bt888 or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of bt888 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt888 excludes all liability for losses or damages — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of the platform. In particular, bt888 accepts no liability for:

• Losses resulting from gambling activity, including losses incurred as a result of placing bets on games or markets that subsequently produce an unfavourable outcome for the player. The inherent risk of loss is a fundamental characteristic of gambling; bt888 does not guarantee winnings or outcomes.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages including mobile network providers, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, and regulatory actions.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the bt888 platform — including odds, statistics, game results, or promotional content — where such information contains inaccuracies that are subsequently corrected.

12.Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bt888 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 13.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and bt888, the player must first contact bt888 support in writing at [email protected] and allow bt888 a minimum of 30 days to investigate and respond. bt888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, bt888 may refer the matter to an independent adjudication process. bt888's decision following a full review of the available evidence shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory statutory rights the player may hold under applicable law.

14.Amendments to These Terms

bt888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights, bonus structures, withdrawal policies, or game availability — bt888 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players at least 7 days in advance via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of bt888 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using bt888 and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
